You may order special order items for in store pick up, we'll advise when your order is ready of collection.

Ordered items - Standard postage only.

We may choose to split your shipment. We don't charge you for any additional shipments.
Opened DVD, BLU-RAY, GAME & FIGURINE products cannot be exchanged/refunded unless the product is faulty or received damaged.
A Lot of Books will happily exchange/refund products purchased in store or via our on-line store provided,
The product is in the exact same condition in which it was purchased, e.g. A shrink wrapped product must be returned shrink wrapped.
The product is received Damaged/Mis-bound or faulty.
The product you ordered is different to the one supplied.
The cost of returning any product to A Lot of Books is your responsibility, Unless we have made a mistake or the product was received damaged/mis-bound or faulty where we will send an addressed postage bag to return the product.
Please note publishers sometimes change a book's cover or change the described contents. If you are unhappy with the book supplied please contact us and we will happily exchange the book, provided the book is in the exact same condition in which it was purchased.
A Lot of Books is not obligated to issue a refund/store credit for products that never arrive to us or received damaged to us. Products received damaged to us will be returned to you and no refund/store credit will be issued. A refund/store credit issued for a returned product will be for the value of the product only.
Please keep your proof of purchase as this is required to verify all exchanges/refunds.
All remainder marked books are new and have not been read, They're exactly the same as a full priced book except they have a little wear and tear and are marked with a black/blue pen along the base or barcode. Publishers mark their books this way when they clear stock from their warehouse due to their age or are slightly damaged and can't be sold at full price.
We only sell new books, Used books can be donated to Lifeline stores.
